Order Status

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

If your order is placed while logged into your account, there is a very limited window of time, approximately 15 minutes from the time the order was placed, in which you are able to cancel it or make specific changes, including removing items and/or changing your shipping address and method.
Note that you cannot add items to your order once it has been placed.

Once the limited window of time has passed, an order cannot be modified, even by our team.

For orders placed using Guest Checkout, no changes or modifications can be made.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

If your order and/or tracking information shows that you package was delivered but you cannot locate your package, please wait 24 hours before taking action as order and/or tracking details may sometimes be updated ahead of actual delivery.  After that 24 hour waiting period, please try the following:

• Look for a notice of attempted delivery.
• Check nearby spots where the package may have been left.
• Ask a neighbor if they accepted a delivery on your behalf.
• Verify the shipping address on your order to ensure it was correct.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will assist in helping you try to locate your package.

Protecting package deliveries against theft:

• Select a secure delivery address.
• Track shipment to know approximately when it will arrive.
• Team up with neighbors to assist in looking out for one another's deliveries.
• Install a doorbell or security camera.
• Consider purchasing a secure package locker or box for your porch.

Missing item:

If your order has been delivered and an item listed in the enclosed packing slip is missing from your order, you can request a refund or replacement by submitting a request to customer service.

Incorrect item:

If you received an incorrect item in your order, please contact customer service. If the product you received is similar to the product pictured online, the product may have recently had its labeling updated by its manufacturer, and thus it may be the same product that was ordered, simply with a new look.  We may request pictures of the product you received to help in the processing of your refund or replacement request.

In certain circumstances TheVitaminStore.com may have cancelled an item from your order or your order at large.  These reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Item(s) out of stock and unavailable for shipment
• Issues in processing your payment information

If your order or item(s) in your order are canceled, we’ll send an email notification listing the reason for cancellation. You will not be charged for any canceled items that are not shipped.

Within the limited window immediately after placing your order (approximately 15 minutes), you may be able to login to you account and edit your shipping address if your order was placed while logged into your account. Outside of this window of time, please contact customer service immediately and we’ll do everything we can to re-route your package to the correct address. However, depending on the shipping carrier and the package’s status, we may not be able to re-route your package.

You are responsible for ensuring the information in your order is correct; we cannot offer refunds or replacements on orders for which the incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
